Wanna get STRONG without getting BULKY? Here's the truth...


It's the dream for most women - toning your body and improving your metabolism without getting bulky and muscley, but did you know... putting on bulk and muscle in the same way as men is extremely difficult for us women?! We simply do not have the levels of testosterone needed, plus to do so would need a strict diet consuming a large amount of protein alongside being in a calorie SURPLUS to allow that amount of muscle to be built.


So don't be scared of grabbing the weights! Resistance training is actually incredibly important for women - even more so as we age.
