WOW! What a weekend we've just had!
For the first time ever, SLIIK© Fitness was presented on a national stage at Fit JAM North 2024 in Sheffield.
We took the Saturday morning 9am slot, kicking off the whole event alongside BOOSTFit and Zumba. With a fully booked room, it was an amazing achievement for a small, new brand.
We danced, toned and sculpted with a mash-up playlist made up of some of the best routines from this year.
