All of our routines are choreographed to avoid ANY jumping type elements. Using creatively designed dance moves, we keep our feet planted, and avoid any plyometrics (squat jumps etc!) in our toning section. This creates a totally pelvic floor friendly workout with no OOPS moments, plus is ideal for those who find high impact exercises difficult on joints and knees.Ā 



Instead, our Pilates inspired sculpting elements build strong bones and healthy, resilient joints to keep you moving and bulletproof your body for whatever life throws your way šŸ’„Ā
